Remainders and decimals in divisors

Still working on division, we looked at what to do with those pesky remainders (some parents have already helped out on this!) and started division involving decimals in the divisors. We will continue working with decimal division into the beginning of next week. We will most likely be having a quiz toward the end of next week, which will consist of all four operations involving decimals.

B and C blocks were split up to address difficulty with traditional division and readiness to move on.
